Citizens Business Bank has opened a loan production office in Temecula.
The workplace at 41877 Enterprise Circle opened Oct. 2 and employs four people, according to Leonard Barbosa, vice president with CBB and the office’s manager.
The office serves Temecula and Murrieta.
“This expansion strengthens our presence in the growing Temecula-Murrieta region of Riverside County, and enhances our footprint across Southern California,” said David A. Brager, CBB’s president and chief executive officer, in the the statement, “It bridges the gap between the San Diego and Riverside markets.”
Founded in 1974, Citizens Business Bank is based in Ontario. It’s a subsidiary of CVB Financial Corp., which has more than $15 billion in assets and is one of the 10 largest bank holding companies based in California, according to the financial institution’s website.
