Three retail pads at a new shopping center in Palm Desert have been sold.
Chick-fil-A Drive Thru, Quick Quack Car Wash and AT&T/Spectrum bought one property each at the recently developed Monterey Crossing, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors.
Hanley Investment arranged all three transactions, which combined totaled more than $15.7 million.
The Chick-fil-A and Quick Quack Car Wash have been constructed are expected to open during the first half of this year. AT&T/Spectrum is already operating there. Monterey Crossing is at Interstate 10 and Monterey Avenue.
National tenants at Monterey Avenue and Interstate 10 include Costco, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Sam’s Club, Walmart, 99 Cents Only, Ashley HomeStore, JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, PetSmart and Regal Cinemas.
