An industrial building in Chino has been sold for $10.5 million.
The 32,800-square-foot standalone structure at 13595 12th St. is near the 60 an 71 freeways, according to a statement.
Names of the buyer and seller were not released. Lee & Associates represented both parties in the transaction.
The sale price works out to $320 per square foot.
Built in 1979, the building has a large, fenced and secured yard, and a new roof. It also has heavy power and a fire sprinkler system, according to the statement.
