Ontario-based CVB Financial Corp., the holding company of Citizens Business Bank, has announced a 20 cents-per-share dividend for the third quarter.
That dividend, approved by CVB Financial’s board of directors on Sept 20, marks the 136th consecutive quarter CVB Financial has produced a dividend for its shareholders, according to a statement.
The dividend will be payable on or about Oct. 19 to all shareholders of record as of Oct. 4.
Shares of CVB Financial Corp. common stock are listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “CVBF”
