West Coast Dental, a chain with more than 40 locations throughout California, will open its first High Desert office.
The company has signed a 10-year lease to locate next to Hesperia Square, a shopping center anchored by a Vallarta supermarket and a Dollar Tree discount store, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Other nearby retailers include 99 Cents Only, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware and Auto Zone,
Progressive represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Terms of the agreement were not released.
West Coast Dental will occupy a 5,020-square-foot structure at Main Street and I Avenue, an intersection that accommodates about 35,000 vehicles on a typical day.
Founded in 1991, West Coast Dental operates mostly in greater Los Angeles. It provides dental, orthodontic, and restorative care.
Its Hesperia building will undergo a major interior and exterior renovation before it opens early next year, according to Progressive.
