A car wash chain has purchased land in the High Desert that will be the site of its next California operation.
Quick N Clean Car Wash paid $2.3 million for the parcel at Seneca Road and Highway 395 in Adelanto, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage in Rancho Cucamonga.
In addition to the car wash, a gas station and other retailers are expected to locate at site, but specific plans and a timeline have not been announced.
Nearby retailers include a Walmart Supercenter, Stater Bros, Starbucks, Bank of America, McDonald’s, AutoZone and Dollar Tree.
Progressive Real Estate Partners represented Quick N Clean and the property’s seller, Diversified Pacific, a Rancho Cucamonga-based homebuilder.
Quick N Clean operates more than 40 express car washes in California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas, according to the statement.
