San Bernardino’s lone LA Fitness Center is up for sale.
The facility, at 555 E. Hospitality Lane, covers 39,000 square feet and is available for $13.6 million, according to CBRE Group Inc., which is marketing the business.
The building is part of Tri-City Corporate Centre, a master-planned project in downtown San Bernardino that includes office, retail, hotels and restaurants. Nearby
retailers include Sam’s Club, In-N-Out Burger, Best Buy and Home Depot.
More than 194,000 vehicles pass by the Tri-City Corporate Centre everyday on Interstate 10, and an estimated 156,200 people work within a five-mile radius of the project, according to CBRE.
LA Fitness has a 15-year lease on Hospitality Lane site. It operates 615 clubs throughout the United States, including 19 in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, according to the company’s website.
