A car wash in Fontana has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
Raceway Express Car Wash in Arizona purchased the Foothill Express Car Wash at 16345 Foothill Blvd., according to Beta Agency, a real estate advisory firm in Los Angeles.
Beta Agency represented the seller, whose name was not released. Pacific Investments, Inc. represented the buyer.
Built in 2019, the car wash building covers 3,700 square feet. It sits on one acre and includes 25 vacuum stations and a120-foot tunnel.
Raceway Express operates 45 express car washes throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, according to the statement.
