A multi-tenant retail building and car wash in Fontana has been sold for $7.5 million.

The building, at 16914 South Highland Ave., was completed and has three tenants: Pacific Dental Services, Arrowhead Credit Union and MJ Nail & Spa, according to Hanley Investment Group.

Adler Realty Investments, Inc. in Woodland Hills, developer of the 7,500-square-foot building, sold the structure for $4.9 million. The buyer was a private investor in Sun Valley whose name was not released.

Hanley Investment represented both parties.

The second part of the transaction, Quick Quack Express Car Wash at 16988 S. Highland Ave., sold for $2.6 million. The buyer, a private investor from Korea whose name was not released, was represented by Korus Real Estate in Los Angeles.

Both the building and the car wash are part of the Highland Village Shopping Center, which is next to the Sierra Avenue exit of the Foothill Freeway.

The shopping center is anchored by a 30,000 square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market. It includes Jack in the Box, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Jersey Mike’s, Café Rio, Oggi’s Restaurant and Mountain View Tire & Auto Service.
