Gym chain to expand in Temecula

EoS Fitness is opening a third location in Temecula.
The gym operating chain will open a 35,000-square-foot facility at Commons at Temecula, in a space formerly occupied by Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft, according to a company statement.

Commons at Temecula is located at 40462 Winchester Road. The regional shopping center’s tenants include Ulta, Total Wine, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress For Less and World Market.

Lease terms were not disclosed. Construction is expected to begin next year, but an opening date has not been announced.

EoS Fitness operate more than 200 fitness centers nationwide, making it one of the largest chains of gym operators in the country. Its Temecula locations are at 32413 Temecula Parkway and 40462 Winchester Road, according to the company’s website.
