Alex Heim has joined CBRE’s Ontario office.
A 13-year employee with Lee & Associates, Heim has been given the title senior vice president and will concentrate on industrial land, development, sales, and leasing, according to a statement released by CBRE.
“Alex is an exceptional addition to our Ontario office and our land and development platform,” said Ian Britton, CBRE’s senior managing director, in the statement. “His market knowledge and track record in one of the most active industrial regions in the country will bring tremendous value to our clients.”
During his time with Lee & Associates, Heim oversaw more than 1,000 acres of land sales, 12 million square feet of leasing and more than 15 million square feet of development projects, according to the statement.
