Eric Stover and Prabash Coswatte have been promoted by Heritage Grocers Group, the parent company of Cardenas Markets.
Stover has been named president and Coswatte chief operating officer of the Ontario-based company, and both will report to Chief Executive Officer Doug Sanders, according to the statement.
Stover, most recently Cardenas Markets’ chief executive officer, will be in charge of category management, supply chains, and pricing, among other duties.
Coswatte was most recently Heritage’s chief administrative officer, His new duties will include store operations, information technology, data integrity, and internal audits.
“The promotions of Eric and Prabash further aligns and unifies the organizational structure of Heritage Grocers Group,” Sanders said in the statement. “They are exceptional leaders whose experience will be instrumental in executing our growth strategy,”
