High Desert retail building sells for $1.9 million

A multi-tenant retail building in Yucca Valley has been sold for $1.9 million.

The structure at 57990 29 Palms Highway is occupied by Crazy Bargains, Luxury Nail Spa and No Limits Boutique, all discount and service-oriented tenants, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Other tenants in the Stater Bros.-occupied shopping center are Dollar Tree, Tractor Supply Co, Harbor Freight and Quick Quack Car Wash. Domino’s Pizza, Jersey Mike’s and an El Pollo Loco drive-thru are expected locate there soon.

Progressive represented the seller, a private investor in Los Angeles County whose name was not released. The buyer, also a Los Angeles County private investor, wished to remain anonymous.

The shopping center is near Joshua Tree National Park, which attracts more than three million visitors a year, and Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Base.  An estimated 29,000 vehicles pass by the site on a typical day, according to Progressive.
