A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled to be held April 6 at the future site of homeless navigation center in Fontana.
The West End Regional Navigation Center will include 100 shelter beds and 100 recuperative care beds for homeless individuals who are waiting to be moved into permanent housing, according to a San Bernardino County statement.
Cost of the project, which will be built at 11109 Jasmine St., is reportedly between $20 million and $30 million, including $11.6 for the land.
San Bernardino County is developing the project, which is expected to be completed next year. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
