An online news site has listed two Inland Empire cities among the 50 best U.S. cities in which to live.
24/7 Wall Street, a financial news and opinion site, recently name Chino the 26th best city and Temecula the 31st best city.
The site studied approximately 500 cities and narrowed their final list to 50. It based its rankings on several factors, including the city’s economy, crime rate, education levels and housing.
Chino issued a statement regarding its 24/7 Wall Street ranking but otherwise has no plans to use the designation in its marketing, said Monica Gutierrez, city spokeswoman.
Temecula officials could not be reached for comment.
