Avison Young has negotiated the sale of a 139,000-square-foot industrial building in Jurupa Valley.
The vacant structure at 10220 San Sevaine Way sold for $19.8 million.
The buyer was a was Stos Partners, a real estate investment firm in San Diego. The seller was a private company whose name was not released.
Avison Young represented both parties in the transaction. The building, which was built in 1986 and has 7,000 square feet of office space, is up for lease to multiple tenants.
“We have multiple highly qualified tenants at the table now, as availability of manufacturing-oriented properties is at record low levels statewide,” said Stan Nowak, principal with Avison Young and a member of the negotiating team, in a statement.
