Brian Knoll is the new chief operations officer at Albert A. Webb Associates, a civil engineering firm in Riverside.
Knoll will oversee the firm’s internal operations while focusing project delivery, technical innovation and associate development, according to a statement.
A WEBB employee for 20 years, Knoll has held multiple positions with the company including senior vice president, where he was in charge of the water resources and construction management/inspection departments.
Founded in 1945, WEBB works with public and private-sector clients in Southern California, including cities, water and special districts, counties, regional agencies and homebuilders, according to the statement.
