Leases signed at Beaumont shopping center

Four tenants at San Gorgonio Village in Beaumont have signed leases.

Grocery Outlet, which opened last year, and Planet Fitness, which opened last month, both signed 10-year leases to locate at the recently developed shopping center, SRS Real Estate Partners in Newport Beach announced Wednesday.

Sherwin-Williams, which will open a store there this year, also singed a 10-year lease and Raising Cane’s, the chicken wings chain, signed a 15-year agreement.

SRS negotiated all four transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Combined, the four retailers occupy a little more than 43,000 square feet at San Gorgonio Village, which is at the southeast corner of Second Street and Commerce Way. In ‘N Out Burger, ULTA, Five Below, and Jersey Mike’s are also tenants there.

The shopping center covers approximately 122,000 square feet at Second Street and Commerce Way and is 95 percent leased. It’s owned and operated by Wood Investment Cos. In Laguna Beach.
