Library Receives Grant

Stater Bros. Charities has donated $2,500 to the San Bernardino City Library Foundation.

The grant will be used to add titles to the San Bernardino Public Library’s Overdrive eBook and Audiobook collection, according to statement on the city’s website.

“We are very grateful to Stater Bros. for its grant to benefit our patrons who enjoy our growing collection of eBook and Audiobooks,” Ed Erjavek, director of the library, said in the statement. “I’d encourage the public to try our eBooks and Audiobooks if they aren’t already enjoying them.”

The foundation, which applied for the grant, is an independent, non-profit entity that raises money for the library, according to the statement.
