NAIOP Inland Empire will hold its annual midyear market review June 29 at the Ontario Convention Center.
David Egan, America’s Head of Industrial Research at CBRE Group Inc., will deliver the main address, according to a statement released by NAIOP.
Egan is CBRE’s primary national spokesman on industrial real estate. He has produced major reports intended to help officials in that industry, including studies on e-commerce, ports and logistics and development trends.
Tom Bak, senior managing director with Trammel Crow Co., Michel Kendall, senior vice president with CBRE and John Dobrott, president of Conor Commercial Real Estate’s Industrial Division, will hold a panel discussion on the latest trends in the Inland Empire industrial market.
Frank Mottek, anchor of “Money News,” a daily program on KNX-AM Newsradio, and the host of the KNX Business Hour, will moderate the event.
Registration will begin at 1:45 p.m., with the review scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. A networking session will begin about 5 p.m. The city of Ontario will serve as the event’s title sponsor.
Admission is $40 for NAIOP Inland Empire members, $50 for members of other NAIOP chapters, $65 for non-members and $25 for students.
