Native Americans Donate to Library

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians has donated $40,000 to The Friends of the San Bernardino Public Library.

The money, which was presented earlier this month, will be used to buy books for four city libraries, according to a statement.

The books will be in various genres for people of all ages. Children’s books that highlight Native American culture will also be purchased, according to the statement.
