Non-profit healthcare facility opens in Riverside

Neighborhood Healthcare, a non-profit that provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services, has expanded into Riverside.

The company, which works in Riverside and San Diego counties, has opened a two-story facility that includes an 8,000 square-foot health center and a 19,000 square-foot elderly care facility, according to a statement.

Both offer treatment to families and individuals of all age groups regardless of their financial circumstances.

The health care center includes an on-site primary care wing, lab services, dental care, behavioral health, and a pharmacy.

Customized treatment programs are designed in the senior care facility so patients can be treated at home, if possible.

The campus, at 4371 Latham St., broke ground less than one year ago. It was developed by Turner Impact Capital, a Santa Monica developer.

Neighborhood Healthcare serves more than 76,000 people a year in San Diego and Riverside counties.
