Olive Garden to open in Hesperia

Olive Garden is coming to Hesperia.

The restaurant is expected to open this year at High Desert Gateway, a shopping center being developed by Lewis Retail Centers in Upland, according to a statement on the company’s website.

High Desert Gateway Center is at the southwest corner of Main Street and Cataba Road. It’s anchored by a Shell gasoline station and a Starbucks, and its specialty tenants include Target, Ross, Marshalls, Burlington, ULTA Beauty, Bath & Body Works, Carter’s, and Planet Fitness.

Several parcels remain open.

This will be Olive Garden’s first location in Hesperia. An opening date has not been announced.

Olive Garden is part of Darden Restaurants Inc. Olive Garden operates nearly 900 restaurants, employs more than 99,000 people and generates nearly $5 billion in annual sales, according to the company’s website.
