Beth Noble of Riverside has been recognized for her work as a caregiver.
Noble was named 2014 CAREGiver of the year for Pacific Region by Home Instead Senior Care, the company she works for, according to a report in The Press-Enterprise.
Noble, a caregiver for 15 years, works out of the company’s Brockton Avenue facility in Riverside.
She has cared for her father, a U.S. Navy veteran who lost both legs to diabetes, and her mother, a former preschool teacher, after she suffered a stroke.
Noble was a respiratory therapist at a children’s hospital before she began working as a caregiver, the report stated.
Home Instead Senior Care is based in Omaha, Neb.
