Ontario International has again been named an ideal place to work by its employees.
Ontario International’s website has been listed on the 2026 Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey, the fourth consecutive year it has received that honor, according to a statement on the airport’s website.
Ninety three percent of the airport’s employees said Ontario international is a great place to work. Employees rated the airport 86 percent positive positive for its workplace culture model, which measures trust, pride and camaraderie.
“This recognition means the most because it comes from our employees,” said Angela Lauber-Conroy, senior vice president and chief people officer for the Ontario International Airport Authority, in the statement. “The culture we’ve built together is rooted in trust, respect and a commitment to excellence.”
The survey is conducted by Great Place To Work, an which analyzes workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behavior, according to the statement.
