Tourism and hospitality in Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga pumped an estimated $125.5 million into the economies of both cities during fiscal year 2025-‘26, according to the group that promotes those industries in both communities.
That was a $12.5 million increase compared with the previous fiscal year, fueled in part by 131,000 hotel-room nights, a 43 percent increase year-over-year, Greater Ontario California reported.
The Ontario Convention Center hosted 187 events and accommodated 350,000 visitors during the 2025-’26 fiscal year, according to GoCal.
To further support visitation, GOCAL launched “The GOAT” microtransit system, providing more than 13,000 free rides to hotel visitors.
