A one-million-square-foot outdoor storage that covers two cities in San Bernardino County has been sold.
The properties straddle 23 acres at 446 S. Yucca Ave, 1066 N Tippecanoe Ave, and 1938 W. 5th St in San Bernardino and Rialto, according to a statement.
All three buildings are near Interstates 15 and 215 and Ontario and San Bernardino International Airports.
Dedeaux Properties in Los Angeles and Stockbridge Capital LLC, a joint venture that specializes in being and selling industrial properties in Southern California, sold all three buildings. Information about the seller was not disclosed.
JLL Ontario negotiated the sale, according to the statement.
