Pic N Save Bargains, a reworking of the original Pic N Save discount retail chain, will locate in Victorville.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on a 29,680-square-foot space at 7th Street and La Paz Drive, part of a shopping center anchored by Superior Grocers, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Progressive marketed the property and represented the landlord, whose name was not released, in the lease negotiations. Financial details of the transaction also were not disclosed.
The store is expected to open in November.
Other retailers in the shopping center, and nearby, include Costco, Food 4 Less, dd’s Discounts and Harbor Freight Tools.
The store will be a “treasure hunt” like shopping experience that will offer a variety of close-out and bargain merchandise.
Two Pic N Save Bargain stores have already opened in Anaheim and Whittier. Several more, including the Victorville store, are expected to open within the next year, according to Progressive.
