Printing company buys warehouse

A printing company that specializes in posters and other music-industry art has bought an industrial facility in Chino.

InHouse Media Group paid $3 million for the 9,200-square-foot building at 14963 Sierra Bonita Lane near the 71 Freeway, according to Voit Commercial Real Estate.

Voit Commercial represented InHouse Media in the negotiations. CBRE represented the seller, who was not identified.

“This was our client’s first building purchase, and we were happy to help guide them through the process,” said Garrett Gilliand, vice president of Voit Real Estate’s Anaheim office, in a  statement. “After leasing for 20 years, transitioning into ownership is a major milestone for any business.”

InHouse Media’s clients include local Metallica, Pearl Jam, and Sublime. It plans to use the warehouse for its screen-printing operations, according to the statement.

A move-in date has not been announced.
