Provider of short-term office space lands in Chino

A company that provides no-frills office space to businesses has opened a facility in Chino.

SimplerSpace recently began occupying the fourth floor of an office building at 14726 Ramona Ave., according to a statement.

That space, which covers 13,500 square feet, has about 50 offices and suites.

SimplerSpace has similar operations in Carlsbad and Placentia. The company was created for businesses that need short-term office space, and it often helps landlords fill space quickly without having to make many tenant improvements.

In Chino, SimplerSpace made upgrades to the lobbies and common areas. It also expanded a break room and added conference rooms.

“We’ve attracted lots of service-based companies because of out centralized location,” said Drew Sanden, co-founder of SimplerSpace, in the statement. “That provides reduced commutes, and allows us to draw clients in Riverside, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.”
