A Bible college and conference center in the San Bernardino Mountains is for sale.
Twin Peaks Christian Campus, which has long been used for education, faith, and community gatherings, is available for $12 million, according to The Hoffman Company, which is marketing the property.
The 24-acre parcel is occupied by Lake Arrowhead Christian School, which will leave in July. Before that it was home to Calvary Chapel Bible College.
“The Twin Peaks campus is move-in ready and in a mountain setting that serves both institutional and private operators,” said Justin Esayian, senior vice resident with Hoffman, in the statement.
The campus includes six major buildings, a 250-seat auditorium, dining hall, commercial kitchen, gymnasium, classrooms, and 70 guest rooms. It’s within within five miles of Lake Arrowhead, and Lake Gregory, and has undergone more than $8 million in renovations since 2021, according to the statement.
