A 7,200-square-foot retail building in Winchester has been sold for $5.9 million.
The structure at 35974 Winchester Road is home to Panera Bread and Toro Sushi, both of which have long-term triple-net leases, according to SRS Real Estate Partner’s Newport Beach office.
The building in the French Valley Marketplace also has one available unit.
SRS represented the seller, a Southern California-based private developer. The buyer was a La Jolla, CA-based private investor. Both wished to remain anonymous.
SRS has completed 11 sales, worth collectively more than $55 million, in the center. Other sales have included a Grocery Outlet, EoS Fitness, Chipotle, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, and Auto Zone, according to the statement.
Winchester is an unincorporated community in southwest Riverside County near Temecula.
