A gas station and convenience store in San Bernardino have been sold for $2.7 million.
The transaction included both buildings and the property they occupy at 2734 Del Rosa Ave., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Progressive represented the seller, a Rancho Cucamonga resident who owns gas stations throughout Southern California. Information regarding the buyer was not released.
The gas station has four fueling positions, and the convenience store covers 2,764 square feet, according to Progressive.
The property is next to a Foothill Freeway offramp that accommodates nearly 87,000 vehicles on a typical day. It is near Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, the San Bernardino International Airport, and the San Bernardino Soccer Complex.
The soccer complex attracts about 750,000 visitors a year, according to Progressive.
