Stater Bros. Markets has been named one of the top 20 U.S. companies for job security by an online business publication.
Indeed.com, a website devoted to jobs and career information, recently named the San Bernardino-based supermarket chain one of the best companies to work.
The study, which was reported on earlier this month by forbes.com, was based on data from companies that have put together at least 100 job security reviews from their employees. The workers were asked to grade their employers on a scale of 1 to five, with five being the highest.
Stater Bros., the largest private employer in the Inland Empire, recently announced it plans to build stores in Norco, Menifee, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside and Tustin Ranch, according to the statement.
