Mike Stull, professor of entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino, has been awarded the university’s 2021-2022 Golden Apple Award for excellence in teaching.
Stull was meeting with students when university President Tomas Morales, in a surprise visit, told him of the honor, according to a statement on the university’s website.
“The Golden Apple Award recognizes outstanding teachers who have a significant impact on students,” Morales said in the statement. “We all know that Mike is an incredible teacher, an incredible innovator, someone who has a vision not only for Cal State San Bernardino but for the region.”
Stull, a Cal State San Bernardino alumnus, has been a faculty member there since 2001. He is interim director of the university’s School of Entrepreneurship, director of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, according to the statement.
