Stull receives award

Mike Stull, been named the 2026 Outstanding Educator by the Inland Empire Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration.

Stull, the director of the Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Cal State San Bernardino, received the award during the society’s recent Scholarship & Service Awards Banquet, according to a statement.

The award is presented to a college professor, teacher or administrator who has shown exceptional teaching and leadership, and a commitment to public service and public administration education.

“Education is ultimately about helping people see possibilities, develop confidence, and take meaningful action,” Stull said in the statement. “This award is especially meaningful because public service and entrepreneurial thinking share a common purpose: identifying needs, solving problems, and creating lasting value for our communities.”
