Timothy Mulhere has been named a judge with the Riverside County Superior Court by Gov. Gavin Newsom.
Mulhere has been a deputy district attorney in Riverside County since 2016, and before that from 2007 to 2009, according to a statement on the governor’s website.
Mulhere also served as a deputy district attorney in Los Angeles County from 2012 to 2016, and was an associate at Wallin & Klarich Criminal Defense Firm from 2009 to 2012.
He replaces Judge Susanne S. Cho, who retired.
