Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga, has negotiated leases for two indoor swim schools at separate Inland retail centers.
Aqua Tots has leased 6,400 square feet at Country Village Center in Rancho Cucamonga, at Baseline and Archibald avenues, accords to a statement.
The 86,000-square-foot community center includes Bank of America, Carl’s Jr. and Sally Beauty. The indoor facility will feature a heated pool, with lessons for children four months to 12 years old.
The second lease, signed by Water Wings, covers 5,600 square feet in a retail building at 929 Foothill Blvd. in La Verne. Located at Foothill Boulevard and the Foothill Freeway, Water Wings will include an indoor heated salt water lap pool and will offer lessons to students starting at three months old.
Details of both leases were not released. However, both businesses are expected to open by this summer and operate year-round, according to the statement.
