A 224,700-square-foot industrial building in Temecula has been sold.
MCA Realty Inc. in Newport Beach bought the building at 41995 Zero Drive for an undisclosed sum, according to a statement released by the company.
The seller was not identified. The transaction included an adjacent 5.4 acres for possible expansion.
“Temecula has emerged as a dynamic and rapidly growing submarket within Southern California,” said Tyler Mattox, principal at MCA Realty, in the statement. “(It’s) attracting a mix of industries ranging from advanced manufacturing to logistics and distribution due to its location along key transportation corridors.”
MCA Realty will rebrand the building and make exterior and interior improvements. The structure was built in 1998 and is near Interstates 15 and 215.
