Choice Hotels International Inc. is developing three Everhome Suites properties in the Inland Empire.
The Rockville, Md. company is building the hotels with its partner, Paladin Equity Capital in Los Angeles, according to a statement.
All will be four stories. Their sizes and locations are:
- 120 rooms at 27165 Madison Ave., Temecula;
- 113-room property at 1820 G St., Ontario;
- 114-room property situated at 898 Harriman Place, San Bernardino.
The cost of the projects, and opening dates, were not disclosed. Paladin Equity Capital opened Everhome Suites in Corona in 2022, the chain’s first location.
“Choice Hotels has been an exceptionally supportive partner as we continue to build the Everhome Suites brand,” said Philip Powers, partner at Paladin Equity Capital, in the statement. “Our first Everhome Suites has been open for a year and has really hit its stride.”
