A veterinary clinic has agreed to occupy space at the Tri City Shopping Center in Redlands.
Valley Veterinarian Care has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 12,600 square feet at the shopping center at 1422 Industrial Ave., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Terms of the agreement were not released. Progressive represented both parties in the lease negotiations.
Founded in 2016, Valley Veterinary Care is based in Friendswood, Texas. The company has more than 15 locations in California, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico.
Built in 1982, Tri City Shopping Center covers approximately 332,000 square feet. Its tenants include Burlington, Big Lots, CVS, Dollar Tree and more than 55 other shops, services and restaurants.
Try City has easy access to Interstate 10 and the Foothill Freeway, and about 172,000 people live within a five-mile radius of the project, according to Progressive.
