Warner to head HNTB’s Inland office

David Warner has been named leader of HNTB Corp.’s Inland Empire/Orange County office.

Warner joined HNTB, an infrastructure solutions company in Santa Ana, in 2023, and was in charge of its 13-state western region office, according to a statement.

In his new role, Warner will help lead a team that will deliver transportation infrastructure solutions for highway, toll, transit, aviation, and municipal sectors.

“The Inland Empire/Orange County office continues to play a key role in HNTB’s growth,” said Jeff Watson, the company’s west division president, in the statement. “Dave leads a strong team, and (will) build on the office’s history of success and seek new paths for growth.”

Warner has worked in architecture and engineering for more than 20 years. His experience includes project delivery, business development, profit and loss management and government relations, according to the statement.
