Yucca Valley retail pad sells

Progressive Real Estate Partners has negotiated the $2 million sales of a 6,500-square-foot retail pad in Yucca Valley.

The property at 58132 Twentynine Palms Highway is occupied by Gamestop, Verizon Wireless, and Metro PCS.

The retail pad at Twentynine Palms Highway and Balsa Avenue accommodates about 300,000 vehicles on a typical day.

The seller was a Northern California private investor, the buyer an Inland Empire investor that also owns other Yucca Valley properties. Both wished to remain anonymous.

The property is next to a Stater Bros.-anchored shopping center. Dollar Tree, 99 Cents Only, Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight Tools, Hibbett Sports, Pizza Hut and Jack in the Box are located there.

Progressive Real Estate is a commercial brokerage firm based in Rancho Cucamonga. Founded in 2008, the firm specializes in retail transactions in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
