Construction has started on New Haven Marketplace, a shopping center that will serve the master-planned community of Ontario Ranch.
The retail project is expected to be completed in about one year, according to a statement released by Frontier Real Estate Investments in Newport Beach, Ontario Ranch’s master developer.
New Haven Marketplace will be located between Haven and New Haven avenues on Ontario Ranch Road.
The 95,000-square-foot facility will be anchored by a Stater Bros. Market and will include a Chase Bank, Carl’s Jr., Jersey Mike’s Subs, Dunkin’ Donuts and Kona Kleaners.
When completed, Ontario Ranch in Ontario will cover more than 8,000 acres and feature approximately 47,000 homes, according to the project’s website.
