CBRE and CenterPoint Properties are marketing a 1.6-million-square-foot industrial property in Ontario.
The property, at 5600 E Airport Road, includes 13,771 square feet of office space and plenty of parking, with 954 trailer spaces and 580 car stalls., according to a statement.
“We are incredibly excited about the opportunity to market this extraordinary property and convey it’s unparalleled advantages to the market,” said Dave Consani, CBRE’s executive vice president of industrial leasing, in the statement. “The sheer size of the facility and acreage is incredibly rare in today’s landscape, and coupled with its superb location, makes this the premier infill asset in the Inland Empire.”
Despite the recession being caused by COVID-19, the Inland Empire industrial market – which was putting up record numbers before the pandemic hit – is expected to remain relatively strong through the rest of this year, according to the statement.
