A self-service car wash has leased a 30,000 square-foot parcel near Ontario Mills.
Fast5Xpress will set up shop on the property near the junction of Interstates 10 and 15, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in a statement.
Evergreen Devco in Glendale is the property owner. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fast5Express has 17 locations in Southern California, including six in the Inland Empire and one about to open in Murrieta, its second in that city. The company is known for its quick service – fine minutes or less – and wash packages that start at $6.
The project is expected to break ground in the fourth quarter and open by the middle of next year, according to the statement.
