Westcore, a San Diego company that buys and manages industrial and office real estate, has purchased a manufacturing facility in Riverside.
The building, which covers 133,825 square feet, sold for $15.4 million, according to a statement released by Westcore.
Triple H Properties sold the building for $15.4 million. Triple H Food Processors, the building’s longtime tenant and an affiliate of Triple H Properties, will continue to lease the building.
Triple H Food is a contract manufacturer that works with food and beverage customers in all stages of business, from beginning to national brands.
“We’re pleased to add a strong tenant and a functional industrial manufacturing facility to our Southern California portfolio,” said Westcore Managing Director Hack Adams in the statement. “The infill location, long-standing occupancy and flexible building layout provides a strong foundation for an accretive, long-term investment.”
Since it was founded in 2000, Westcore has acquired, managed, and sold more than $9 billion in industrial and office assets, according to the statement.
