Hemet parcel sells for $1.7 million

A 3.3-acre commercial parcel in Hemet has been sold for $1.7 million.

The buyer, Sater Hemer LLC, plans to build a gas station, car wash and drive-thru restaurant on the vacant property at the northeast corner of Florida and Soboba avenues, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive represented both parties in the transaction. Details about the project, and a construction timeline, have not been announced.

Sater Hemer has developed numerous gas stations properties throughout Southern California, according to the statement.
About 24,000 vehicles pass through the intersection on a typical day, and local zoning laws allow for multiple uses on the on the property, according to the statement.
