Tune in to The Main Event this Saturday morning at 9:30 on AM 590 with host Ed Hoffman as he discusses national, regional and local current events, as well as trends in the local real estate market with unique, witty and irreverent flair.
Ed opens up this week by reading a speech Russian President Valdimir Putin delivered last August to his legislative body in which he reiterated the fact that if minorities want to live in Russia, they must live like Russians, speak Russian and respect Russian laws. Putin advises his legislative body to heed the suicides of America, England, Holland and France and tune in to hear which minority has taken over those countries.
This week Obama ordered two 500-pound laser guided bombs over Iraq, bombs Ed believes are ineffective and benign. Tune in to hear what bombs Ed would rather see being deployed, likened to unleashing a can of Raid on a trail of ants.
Ed plays a clip from Dennis Prager, a syndicated radio talk show host, columnist, author and public speaker, who explains in the simplest of terms, the conflict in the Middle East between Israel and neighboring Arab and Muslim countries. Simply put, one side wants the other side dead. His uncomplicated explanation clearly shows the Jewish state of Israel yearning to live in peace, and simply defending itself from decades of repeated attacks from Arab and Muslim nations. This is an important and educational clip for people to hear rather than jumping on the Hollywood bandwagon mistakenly condemning Israel for defending itself.
Ed again sheds a light on the stupidity of the Obama administration with contradictions coming from the White House. For example, the U.S. is attacking Iraq, but we’re not fighting; sanctions against Russia may not be working, but they are effective; and we’re getting involved regarding the possible genocide of 40,000 Christians stuck on a mountaintop in Iraq, but we’re really not getting involved.
During the past week Obama made comments in regards to Iraq being overtaken by terrorists, the possible mass murder of Christians, and the rule
that no man/woman in uniform be left behind. Tune in to hear Ed’s response to each of those comments as he shines clarity onto the reality of what’s actually happening that the mainstream media fails to deliver.
Bill Phillips of Murietta, brace yourself for the utter maceration and criticism of your letter to the editor published in the Press Enterprise in defense of Obama. Listeners tune in to hear Ed educate Phillips on his misguided and mistaken notions of what our fearless leader has “accomplished.”
Catch Ed Hoffman, host of The Main Event, on air this Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with encore presentations at 9 p.m., and Sunday at 4 p.m.
