Roxanne Klein has been promoted to senior vice president by Progressive Retail Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Klein deals with retail properties in the western Inland Empire, east San Gabriel Valley, and north Orange County, according to a statement released by Progressive.
Klein is the best practice chair for the Realty Investment Association of California and is immediate past president of the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives of Southern California.
In a separate move, Lance Mordachini was promoted from senior associate to vice president.
Mordachini represents retail property owners in sales and lease transaction in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.
“Roxanne and Lance have proven themselves as high-level operators, delivering results for their clients, building relationships, and executing at a high level in a competitive market,” said Greg Bedell, senior vice president and managing director with Progressive, in the statement.
